Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of Finance
• Management Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely management reports to provide insights into financial performance, enabling informed decision-making by senior management.
• Annual Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop comprehensive budgets that align with organisational goals and priorities.
• Finance Business Partner: Supporting the ACOO, NUCOHS and the operations team, offering financial expertise and insights to support their strategic initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risk, and opportunities, facilitating proactive measures to enhance financial performance.
• Organisational Efficiency: Contribute to the optimisation of financial processes and systems to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and compliance.
• Any other project as assigned by Finance Director.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience, preferably within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial management.
• Proven proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Suite applications, with experience in data visualisations tools being a strong advantage.
• Highly organised, motivated, and detail-orientated with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Initiative-driven with the ability to work independently and lead projects.
