Management Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely management reports to provide insights into financial performance, enabling informed decision-making by senior management.
Annual Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop comprehensive budgets that align with organisational goals and priorities.
Finance Business Partner: Supporting the ACOO, NUCOHS and the operations team, offering financial expertise and insights to support their strategic initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risk, and opportunities, facilitating proactive measures to enhance financial performance.
Organisational Efficiency: Contribute to the optimisation of financial processes and systems to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and compliance.
Any other project as assigned by Finance Director.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of related experience, preferably within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial management.
Proven proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Suite applications, with experience in data visualisations tools being a strong advantage.
Highly organised, motivated, and detail-orientated with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Initiative-driven with the ability to work independently and lead projects.
