Job Responsibilities: . Manage the Accounting Services Team to ensure smooth running of the full spectrum of financial accounting for a portfolio of entities. . Manage all aspects of finance including financial reporting, management reporting, regulatory reporting, audit, tax compliance and cashflow management. . Ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with relevant accounting standards, internal policies and statutory / regulatory / tax requirements. . Develop Finance's policies and practices and review the department's processes periodically to identify areas of improvements. Ensure that an appropriate financial policy framework is in place. . Plan, coordinate and prepare cost forecasts and annual budget. . Business Partnering with key stakeholders in driving growth for the business and providing guidance on all finance related matters. . Key lead in SAP system enhancement and any other system implementations. . Any other tasks and projects as assigned.Job Requirements: . Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or Finance. . At least 6 years of relevant experience, with some years working in the Big 4 CPA firms. Experience in real estate industry will be highly advantageous. . Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Hands-on experience in SAP S4 Hana is preferred. . Leadership quality with good people and supervisory skills. Experience in supervising a team size of 5 or more. . In depth knowledge of accounting and tax standards. . Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. . Meticulous and high attention to detail.
