JOB DESCRIPTION

• Part of the finance business partnering team to support the various business teams to drive and achieve success in business goals and target.
• Participate in discussions with various business teams to acquire in-depth understanding of the business challenges and partner the teams to overcome business challenges to achieve intended performanc.
• Derive and deliver meaningful insights through review of monthly financial reporting, business modelling and analysis to improve decision making.
• Lead/participate in corporate development initiatives to support and facilitate business growth, including tax planning and working with group tax department to identify opportunities to improve and achieve tax savings.
• Responsible for budget planning and forecasting preparation and analysis, including peer benchmarking analysis to provide meaningful data points to identify improvement opportunities as well as drive better decision making .
• Preparation of board materials and presentations to senior management on financial performance or any other corporate development initiatives.
• Formulate and implement policies for Keppel group of companies and identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support system implementation/improvements as necessary.
• Support in ad hoc projects and other initiatives as assigned.

• Good degree in accountancy\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b or equivalent, CPA qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance with a bias towards Finance business partnering roles, coupled with FP&A and controllership experience.
• Technically strong and knowledge in IFRS/SFRS and relevant statutory requirements.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• Experience in working alongside senior stakeholders to drive business financial performance.
• High achiever, fast learner, able to deliver in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines.
• Analytical, resourceful & possesses good problem-solving capability.
• Self-motivated, meticulous, able to work independently and proactively within a team.
• Proficient in technology tools and data extraction/modelling/visualization tools.
