Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Daily fund operational directions and fund accounting.
- Reviewing financial statements in order to make sure fund book is fairly stated according to the relevant rules.
- Matters related to the fund establishment (including capital calls), redemption(including divestment) and profit distributions.
- VAT filing.
- Audit supporting (from choosing auditors to preparing documents requested by auditors).
- Supporting annual budget establishments and analyzing actual performance compared to budget.
- Preparation of shareholders meeting and board of directors.
- Loan management in order to comply with terms of loan agreement.
- Preparation and submission of reports to investors and government organizations (FSS, BOK, KOFIA and etc).
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Competent in financial accounting
- Dynamic, self-driven and an effective team player
- High sense of integrity
- Effective communication, people management and problem solving skills
- Analytical, capable of multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
