Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP FI/CO professional to join our Finance Transformation Team and support a broad range of SAP and IT-related projects of different scope and complexity to serve our Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) in Asia, including SAP system implementation (mainly FI/CO and FAM), data analysis and report, process automation and peripheral systems integration, platform migration to cloud and S/4 HANA as well as leading ledger switch from IFRS4/IAS39 to IFRS17/9.


Key Responsibilities:

• Managing technical integration requirements of SAP-FI/CO with other financial/actuarial/insurance policy management systems
• Working closely and in collaboration with Finance operation and IT to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment to organizational strategic goals
• Quality assuring target System Architecture, Data Integration and day to day data quality and performance of financial data base called Base Layer
• Orchestrating to perform system impact analysis and propose technical solutions to meet business requirements
• Providing support and supervision in project implementation and deployment
• Monitoring of BIL performance, batch upload and incidents of financial closing process
• Supporting Leading ledger switch from IFRS4 (I1) to IFRS17 (K7) ledger in SAP-FI/CO

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years in the related areas

• BA in IT, Finance, Business administrations

• Knowledge in SAP FI/CO processes, terminology, functionalities and data analysis
• Good knowledge of SAP interfaces/integration between the feeder system (non-SAP systems) and SAP systems;
• Experience in SAP implementation and project management
• Experience in managing stakeholders from Finance operation and IT implementation teams
• Result oriented with a sense of urgency to follow-up with resolution and proactively report issues that may lead to service interruptions or delays
• Robotics process automation (RPA) knowledge
• Familiar with SQL or ABAP programming
• Knowledge with SAP modules such as Ariba, BW, FAM
• Knowledge in MicroStrategy or other financial reporting tools
• Good understanding of IFRS17 impact on data, systems, and processes from IT perspective
• Worked in insurance industry and financial operation support
