The Finance Manager supports Senior Director Commercial for Thermo Fisher\xe2\x80\x99s EEMEA business. The role is responsible for managing the FP&A Deliverables for the EEMEA region. The role also has direct business partnering responsibilities with the Senior Director Commercial in the region. He / She works extensively with EEMEA (Countries) leaders and Country FP&A teams across the region in terms of finance planning and analytical workstreams including:

• Monthly Forecast
• Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews
• Annual Operating Plan
• 5 Year Strategic Plan
• Strategic Initiatives and Projects Evaluation
• Power BI Analytics Capability Development

Job Requirement:

• Manage and control EEMEA Operating Expenses to understand expense trends, identify risk and opportunities
• Deliver Productivity Targets for EEMEA
• Business partnering with Commercial leadership team for strategic decision-making
• Provide timely analysis on spends in monthly financial reviews (vs Plan & prior periods)
• Contribute as a Team Member on Consolidation, Analysis and Reporting of Spends /Strategic Plans/Annual Operating Plans
• Develop Power BI Analytics to drive insightful and actionable analysis
• Co-ordinate and collate Plan activities and information from Country FP&A teams and business
• Standardize Reporting Deliverables and communicate with Country FP&A teams
• Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Adoption and enforce utilization of PLN tool in the region

Qualifications/Requirement:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• CPA, CA, CIMA or MBA in Finance is preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A in an MNC environment
• Strong in business partnering
• Good analytical skills and highly proficient in excel
• Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing projects/tasks
• Comfortable with communicating with senior management
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Result oriented, able to collaborate with multifunction teams and drive for results
• Advanced Microsoft Excel\xc2\xae skills and HFM (Hyperion) knowledge
• Ability and willingness to problem solve, prioritize, negotiate and juggle changing deadlines
