Job Description
Malthouse, a Western restaurant and craft beer bar in the East Coast of Singapore, are looking for an Outlet Manager able to take responsibility for customer service with the drive to help grow sales, reach incentive based targets and build a returning customer base. We open for the evening on weekdays and both lunch and dinner at weekends.
- To work along with the group management team to develop Marketing Strategies, Events and Promotion plans to successfully market the brand.
- To provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat custom, grow the business and reach incentivised targets - Working on strategies and loyalty schemes to encourage repeat and new custom.
- Handle customer grievances, complaints and reviews.
- Manage and schedule a small team of service crew.
- Work effectively with the kitchen team.
Ideal candidate would have the following
- Effective planning, project management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and Health and Safety requirements
- Knowledge of craft beer or a willingness to learn
- A good understanding of quality assurance, procedures and protocols
- Strong presentation and communication skills, verbal and written
- An ability to get things done independently when required
