Ang Mo Liang Teh will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa. We also do not have quota for foreign workers.

Ang Mo Liang Teh is a family friendly craft beer bar and bottle shop that specialises in unique and quality craft beer from around the world. We have 8 draft beer taps on rotation and over 100 different craft beer selections. We also offer bar bites that pairs well with our beers, in a warm and cosy environment within the CBD.

We are on a lookout for Full Time Service Crew to support all aspects of the outlet operations. The incumbent is to ensure that all duties are carried out to serve all customers to full satisfaction, including preparation of the outlet for services and maintaining the outlet in a clean and tidy condition. The incumbent is also required to make recommendations, prepare and serve food/beverages to customers, and perform cashiering duties.

What will you be doing?

• You will be responsible for the opening and closing of the outlet
• You are to establish and maintain a good relationship with all guests
• You are required to perform sales activities by upselling and cross selling
• You are required to interact with and serve food and beverage to guests
• You will follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
• You are required to maintain cleanliness of the outlet, eating and service area
• You are required to solve problems and make decisions at operations level
• You will be required to process payments through applications of a tablet computer for cashiering

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to consume alcoholic beverages for tasting and PR purposes
• Ability to work and prepare food products involving pork
• High energy and outspoken personality with a passion for customer service
• No experience required, training will be provided. Prior experience in F&B is highly advantageous
• Have an interest in alcoholic beverages

• Full Timers: 6 days work week, Monday to Saturday excluding Public Holidays 14:00 - 22:00. $1,600 - $2,000 depending on experience.
• Full Timers are also eligible for commissions, tips and sales target bonus. 100% of tips collected goes to staff.
• Daily staff meal allowance provided.
