We are looking for a highly analytical FP&A Managers to join our Regional Finance team to be based in India/remote , overseeing the business in foodpanda APAC markets. The FP&A Managers will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the APAC region and will support the team in reporting, analysis, automation, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player. The individual will have exceptional attention to detail, but will also be a strategic thinker, excited by the opportunity to test ideas and lead projects that impact the company.
Responsibilities:

• Perform financial and information analysis, measure the financial impact of a broad range of variables and KPIs
• Own / Support the Sub-Regional Financials (mainly P&L)
• Lead Budgeting / Planning and forecasting cycles by providing forward-looking estimates and communicating the plans to multiple teams with clear comments
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, and continually automate/streamline processes to improve business efficiency in the region
• Drive Business cases and Scenario modelling for multiple initiatives, Expansions and Investment proposals
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities
• Manage end-to-end data projects; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful automated reports
• Review day-to-day operation processes, identify areas of improvement and make actionable recommendations based on underlying analysis

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of relevant FP&A experience in e-commerce / Consulting / Investment Banking / technology / Food and Beverage /or similar industries
• Background in fast-paced, MNC, entrepreneurial or startup/technology environments preferred.
• Quantitative mindset & proven analytic capabilities. Should be able to collect, organize, analyze significant amount of information accurately
• Advance Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in providing recommendations based on financial modelling and data to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills working within a regional and matrix management.
• Knowledge of data science, statistical modelling and BI (Tableau) skills is a plus
• Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to work cross-functionally
