What the role is:The Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) was reconstituted from the Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) on 1 August 2022. GRA is a statutory board under the Ministry of Home Affairs and is responsible for regulating the gambling landscape in Singapore. We protect the people by keeping gambling honest and free of criminal influence, and minimising the harm from gambling. We strive to be a trusted and agile gambling regulator for a safe Singapore.What you will be working on:As Manager (Gaming Technology Compliance), you will conceptualise, manifest and develop GRA's gaming technology regulation regime. Essentially you will: Develop and maintain all technical standards pertaining to gaming machines, gaming equipment and casino management systems Evaluate and recommend approval for gaming machines, gaming equipment and casino management systems Monitor, scan, research and analyse new innovations, scams, and trends in Gaming Technology Perform mathematical evaluation and statistical analysis on Slot and Table Games Monitor the performance data of deployed games for anomalies Perform forensic data/evidence gathering and investigation on errant gaming machines and devices Build and maintain networks with gaming technology regulatory counterparts, and keep abreast of developments with key gaming industry playersWhat we are looking for:

• Specialisation in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Information Technology Experience in Application Development (preferably both front end and back end) Knowledge in Math Probability Knowledge of System Architecture (Windows and/or Linux) Knowledge in Structured and Object-Oriented Programming (preferably in C, C++, Java, Java-script, and Python) Knowledge in SQL and Database architecture Experience in the Infocomm industry All applicants who are shortlisted for the next round of assessment will be notified within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
