DESIGNATION : Manager, Global IT Infrastructure

RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Portfolio Lifecycle Management:

• Detail resourcing and budget planning & tracking, implementation for IT Portfolio projects in accordance with IT Governance
• Drive and deliver on IT Infra and Security projects from inception to project closure. Gather and understand business and technical requirements, conduct POC/POV, RFP and verify SOW and BOM proposed by the vendors
• Responsible for Infrastructure Systems Architecture & Design, Development, Implementation & BAU Support for assigned portfolio (Hybrid Cloud, Servers, Compute, SAN and NAS Storage, , Backup and Restore, Network, Single Sign-On, Virtual Desktop Interface and Virtualization. This include both on-premises and cloud)
• Develop and manage Cyber Security Control Architecture & Design, Development and Implementation for End Point Security, Internet Proxy and Remote Access, Firewall, Privilege Access Management, Vulnerability Management and Patching and Threat Hunting, Monitoring with Cloud SIEM
• Responsible for Incident Management, Service Request and Change Management and ensure all incident tickets are managed and resolved within SLA. Serve as primary-in-charged person for every cyber security related incidents
• Vendor Management - Negotiate and maintain IT contract & services, review of SOW and Service Contract to ensure all services delivered by vendors are within the agreed SLA & quality

People Management:

• Manage direct reports and team ensuring team structures and job definitions, targets and objectives, recruitment, appraisals, feedback, training and development and reward allocation are all administered in keeping with company culture and guidelines
• Manage business users and respective IT in accordance to agreed corporate IT governance

IT Infra & Security Governance and Compliance:

• Conduct yearly internal assessment and assist in external assessment for SWIFT Compliance
• Conduct risk assessment and mitigation plan
• Review and update IT governance artefacts (Policy, Standard, Guidelines and Procedures)
• Implement change management process to keep up with evolving cyber threat ladnscape
• Advise management on the appropriate cyber security solutions and technologies to be deployed
• Responsible for Operation and Cyber Security Risk Management and regularly review risk exposure related to the department and recommend corresponding control measures to mitigate risk pursuant to risk management principles, framework and process

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong understanding of requirements (regulatory and industry) related to Technology/ IT Security Risk
• Proficient in establishing technology services framework and information technology security policies
• Ability to serve as a lead expert resource in technology controls and information security
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-disciplined team to formulate, institute and monitor security policies and procedures
• Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support a diverse range of users
• • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, passionate and strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving aptitude
