Responsibilities
\xc2\xb0 Cost Analysis, Modeling & Benchmark for Subcontracting Back End activities (Assembly, Test, Bumping at OSAT).
\xc2\xb0 Transversal responsibility servicing all GOBM sourcing members.
\xc2\xb0 Monthly master quotations update for each OSAT with Sourcing members inputs.
\xc2\xb0 Central Support of master quotation product application to SAP pricing team management. Promote standardization as much as possible within Supplier way of pricing.
\xc2\xb0 Manage special quotes for material consigned by ST GOBM to OSATS.
\xc2\xb0 Approvals of BOS (bill of services) managed by GOBM pricing team.
\xc2\xb0 Update on monthly basis possible gaps between High runner product cost and their target prices versus product mix evolution.
Profile
Requirements
- Has semiconductor Back End (bumping, assembly, test) product costing and financial background.
- Need good communication and strong leadership to interface with:
- a. ST internal GOBM Sourcing Members, Pricing team, Material planning team, technical colleagues, BEMT Financial control team.
- b. Externally with OSAT Sales and technical program managers.
- Need strong autonomy as well as team oriented and result oriented mindset.
