Job Description
- Based in Singapore
- Requires 5+ years of finance and accounting experience in real estate investment management
- A role to support and work closely with the APAC real estate investment deal team
You will be responsible for supporting the execution of a variety of Asia Pacific real estate transactions; you will gain a full understanding of the entire transaction process including financial accounting and reporting and financing.
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for assisting the team to:
- Global transaction support for regional offices; review transaction documents, manage deal pipeline, assist with funding and closing
- Financial accounting & reporting; support for new acquisitions, reporting, managing service providers, manage and update balance sheet entries, budgeting
- Real estate finance
- Process innovation and controls; establish and develop efficient transaction, participate in special projects to improve processes and efficiency,
- Hold a university degree with a focus in business/finance/accounting with a CPA designation;
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting including experience with mergers and acquisitions in APAC
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; JDE and HFM experience is an asset
