The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.
Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored on creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.
We are seeking to hire a strategic thinker who is passionate about wildlife conservation and sustainability to lead our strategic planning efforts across our portfolio of companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a critical role that will help steer the future of our company and ensure its long-term success.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Your focus will be on the following areas
Be the voice of the consumer/customer in the organisation as part of the Group Insights team.
Act as the \xe2\x80\x9cgo-to\xe2\x80\x9d internal resource for all customer & consumer insights.
Leverage existing information and explore new data sources to derive relevant insights for the organisation\'s implementation.
Some specific tasks include:
Manage and work closely with the appointed research agency, analyse and report quarterly In-Park Insights to Management.
Champion social listening platform as a source for consumer/customer feedback and sentiment in the organisation.
Support generation of Monthly Insights Dashboard to inform Management of crucial shifts consumer/customer behaviour, trends, and customer feedback.
Support generation of Brand Tracker Study to help inform Management/ organisation to shape brand, communications, and marketing strategy.
Support in evolving customer insights framework in lieu of the opening of new attractions and the entire Mandai precinct.
Support new segmentation research that will uncover motivations and barriers and develop personas for each customer segment.
Analyse influential tourist channels, e.g. TripAdvisor, Google Business Reviews, Klook, for customer insights and areas for experience improvement through data scraping and reporting.
Design and conduct additional qualitative and quantitative research as required.
Job Requirements
Required:
At least 3-4 years of market research and consumer insight experience
Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research
Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and project management
Confident and able to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
A strong team player able to work cross-functionally
Meticulousness and attention to detail
Good to have:
Competency in Excel and data visualisation a plus
Familiarity with design thinking and agile testing methodologies
Experience with working with product development teams
