  • Manage day-to-day operations of Global Service Desk, End-User Field Services, and IT asset management with proactive service level management across an organization with a user base of over 10,000 users to ensure that service level targets are met in accordance with SLAs.
  • Build, motivate and manage a high-performance team by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching and appraising job results, including coaching of staff.
  • Support the delivery of End User Technology projects (e.g., Workplace technology, Office productivity and Smart IT initiatives).
  • Creates training materials on a range of IT topics and services via technology. These materials will be posted to relevant sites (portals) for the benefit of the entire user community.
  • Guidance in managing the overall asset life-cycle process.
  • Lead in the End User support process & policy standards to ensure high quality and cost-efficient delivery of the services.
  • Attending monthly End-User & HR review meeting to address gaps related to end user.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science, or Information Technology related courses.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a large global end user environment preferred
  • Leadership experience in providing Service Desk and Field Service support in a global end user environment.
  • Knowledge in ITIL and Microsoft Suite (O365) technology preferred.
  • Experience in driving the adoption of workplace technology on a global scale with knowledge in AIOps.
  • Proactive in learning new tools with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Innovative thinking with a mindset geared towards service quality and improvement.
  • Customer-focused with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Team management experience in outsourcing/third-party vendor support.
  • Independent with strong problem solver and able to multi-task
