We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, GTRF Controls Office.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Managing Non-Financial Risk Management Framework related initiatives and ensure deliverables are in line with Group and Regional Strategy and timeline
  • Facilitate the review and update of Risk and Control Assessments, and to ensure the assessments are dynamically maintained, based on all relevant risk triggers
  • Work with Risk Owners and Risk Stewards to identify the most material risk impacting the business
  • Leveraging MI/reviews to proactively identify and highlight potential areas of risk
  • Improve awareness of key control identification, design and monitoring within the business
  • Assist in internal event reviews and analyse root causes to address control weaknesses and to ensure the event is escalated in line with NFR Framework
  • Work with Issues and action owners to ensure appropriate and suitable closure of issues
  • Deliver high quality FLOD reporting into the various committees and governance forums, including Business Risk Meeting/Risk Management Meeting etc.
Requirements
  • Degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 banking experience, preferably with exposure to Corporate Banking business
  • Detailed knowledge of Non-Financial Risks and Controls, Compliance, and Internal audit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence & communicate analysis and recommendations to colleagues at different levels of the organization
