  • Partner with TA team to define the role and sourcing channels, attract top talents to join the organization
  • Manage the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding, probation review, performance review and offboarding
  • Guide business on workforce planning, participate on the annual people budget forecast
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop workforce plan in line with business objectives for short to long terms
  • Guide managers in usage of performance review, salary review, bonus and promotion, ensure to be in line with the group\xe2\x80\x99s methodologies
  • Work with manager to identify and develop high-potential employees, set development plan such as coaching, mentoring, and training to retain the key talents
  • Partner with business on all people matters, act as internal HR advisor to provide pragmatic HR solutions
  • Work with the leadership team to plan and implement employee engagement activities locally

Job Requirements
  • Someone with at least 10 years of HR, preferably come from a fast-moving or retail industries
  • Someone who has prior experience in HRBP and organizational transformation projects. Experience on end-to-end employee life cycle management is a plus (talent acquisition, L&D etc.)
  • Someone who has prior experience or knowledge of Singapore Labour laws and IR practices
  • Someone who is versatile in handling people across all levels
  • Someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills
