What the role is:

You develop, implement and manage the Human Resource (HR) business process projects arise from changes of policies and innovation efforts.

What you will be working on:

On this, you perform business process re-engineering to optimise workflows and business processes, work actively and closely with policy departments and stakeholders to anticipate and iron out process issues in the implementation of HR policies, and ensure ground stakeholders are equipped with the necessary knowledge and materials required to seamlessly execute the new policies and initiatives according to the plan. You also manage and see through business process projects on an end-to-end basis, work with IT departments to oversee implementations. Your challenges lie in collaborating with partnering agencies, interacting with ground units and building strong teams, and be constantly aware of new HR developments and best practices in the market.

What we are looking for:

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resource Management or Project Life-cycle Management. Possession of good interpersonal, writing and communication skills are essential. Being adaptive, resourceful and independent will be advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Candidates with no experience may apply.)
