JOB TITLE: MANAGER, HR OPERATIONS PARTNER, SOUTH SEA

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Employees experience

  • Business partnering with key stakeholders on enhancing employees\' experience; from hiring, on-boarding, development, retention, off boarding etc.
  • Drive semi / annual performance assessment for employees with stakeholders
  • Facilitate events that create a focus on mental well being
  • Facilitate conduct of employee surveys
  • Benefits administration, such as medical, insurance, etc. Liaise with C&B on review to keep pace with industry development
  • Conduct employees\' compliance investigation process, handle grievances, mediating workplace conflicts
Operational
  • Manage Personnel Administrative files, SG government legislated work passes etc. (Professionals & Para Professionals)
  • Collaborate with outsource payroll vendor for payroll process, tax submission matters
  • Consulting with other leaders on HR issues
  • Administer training program in accordance to internal and regulatory requirements, coordinate with local institutions, and managers on schedules.
  • Preparation of local regulatory surveys, and other internal Employees\' surveys as required.
  • Focal for HR in audit by external and internal auditors.
  • Ensure compliance to Global / Regional HR policies & procedures, identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent understanding of local labour governance, integrating that with the Corporate HR practices, taking into account the local operating norm.
Leadership
  • Creating a culture of respect and be able to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to coach, lead, support and inspire team member
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree in HR, BA or other business related filed
  • 8 to 10 years experience in MNC Manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with legislations and practices in Singapore and Malaysia
  • An effective communicator with staffs of various level
