Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of HR systems
Responsible for statutory surveys, management reporting, employee data reporting and HR dashboards
Co-lead the Annual Salary review and Variable Bonus exercise
Review and provide recommendations for employee insurance and benefits policies
Key HR liaison for the overseas offices
Ensure employee data integrity and security
Ensure data accessibility of HR personnel
Provide support for HR audit
Participate in HR budgeting exercise
Oversee the employee data protection responsibilities within the organisation and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act
Any other ad-hoc HR projects
Job Requirements
Degree with at least 8 years of HR generalist experience or in a role of similar capacity
Hands on experience with SAP system
Excellent understanding of human resources policies, policies and benefits
Ability to thrive in a fast pace and changing environment and deal with ambiguity
Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Systematic, has an eye for details and methodical in thought process and work approach
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Positive, cheerful, result-oriented, self-driven and a team player
