Job Description

The Human Resources team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talent. The team looks after the full HR spectrum including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management and staff communications.As a HRIS Assistant Manager / Manager with HRIS team within the HR function in KPMG, your duties will include but not limited to:

• Lead end-to-end project cycle activities, such as functional requirements, testing, data migration, training, go-live and post-production support
• Ensure requests and incidents are addressed and closed within agreed SLAs
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and rectify issues raised
• Maintain foundation objects and configurations in SuccessFactors
• Maintain Role Based Permissioning
• Work with stakeholders, IT and/or vendors to ensure user requirements are met
• Develop and maintain SOPs
• Train power users, business users, and end users, as needed
• Support any other work as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Human Resource discipline or relevant background preferred
• At least 5 to 7 year of relevant experience supporting end users
• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience supporting SuccessFactors in 2 or more of the following modules EC, ECP, On-boarding, Recruitment, Compensation, PMGM, Reporting and LMS
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Automation Anywhere would be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently.
• Able to work multi-task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline.
• Good analytical problem-solving skills.
