Looking for an experienced IT professional that has Regional exposure for HRIS Projects specifically for SAP Successfactor.

Our Client is a leading investment and capital management company with a strong presence across APAC, Europe and USA. They are now currently in expansion mode and is looking to hire for a Senior Manager, HRIS (SAP Successfactor) to be based in their HQ here in Singapore.

Description

Key Responsibilities:-

• You are directly responsible in the implementation of SuccessFactors project and you will be supporting & maintaining the HR Systems
• You\'ll be in a people management capacity
• To drive implementation, support and managing the system implementer of the SAP SuccessFactors project
• To analyse the business requirements and processes and recommend solutions to meet the business needs
• Directly involve in design, configuration and documentation through SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements
• Actively involved in the testing process to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user\'s lack of experience
• Stakeholder management
• Vendor Management

Profile

Key technical Requirements:-

• Hands on experience in SAP SuccessFactor cloud implementation methodology
• SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Certified in module like Employee Central
• Experience in SAP\'s on premise and cloud technology solutions.
• Experience in the integration between SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA and others
• Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite
