:About the CompanyOur Client is a global leader in transportation and supply chain management.ResponsibilitiesWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced Manager, Human Resources, to be part of a team managing the full spectrum of human resource services.
- Work with department heads to determine staffing needs, design job descriptions, support recruitment efforts, and manage onboarding processes;
- Assist in compensation packages, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other employee incentives;
- Oversee HR policies, manage employee data, and ensure compliance with both internal standards and legal requirements;
- Handle employment-related inquiries, manage mobility services, and oversee the exit process for employees;
- Coordinate onsite training sessions and manage employee engagement and development programs;
- Oversee external HR service providers and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of their services.
- Tertiary education in human resources would be an advantage;
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources;
- Strong proficiency in HR technologies and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Excellent communication skills and a high regard for integrity and confidentiality;
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to tasks.
