Job Description

The role of the S/4HANA Transformational Specialist involves mainly:

• Leads the key users in the workstream/specific domains in the workstream, to design the To-Be processes and solution
• Completes project tasks in a prompt and effective manner, according to project plan and methodology
• Provides up-to-date business process information and documentation
• Responsible for quality complete deliverable development and review
• Resolves all project issues by working closely with BFO, key users and other project stakeholders (eg data team)
• Responsible to make timely decisions
• Acts as a change champion within your workstream
• Collaborates across workstreams to break down functional silos and optimize process flows
• Responsible to support rest of business community in learning & using the new solution in the right way

• Educating business users on best practices employed globally within the industry
• Monitor and measure performance, effectiveness and efficiency of specific core business processes
• Identifying, documenting and testing new business and exceptional scenarios
• Leading a successful project implementation with a high level of satisfaction and acceptance across all levels of stakeholders

• Strong knowledge of one or more business workstreams in equipment manufacturing business domains in the semiconductor industry
• Experience in managing change at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to articulate all aspects and views of problem and solution
• Ability to prioritize changes based on values, change impact and risks, to achieve the overall business objectives
• Flexibility to adapt a workaround solution into a business process, and to close the loop with a long term solution
• Bachelor’s degree in one or more disciplines within business management, supply chain management, finance or any related discipline with 10+ years of relevant working experience.
• At least 10 years working in the manufacturing environment, focusing on sourcing and procurement functions
• Experience as a key user or core project full-time team, in at least 1 end to end full cycle SAP ERP implementation
• Project experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA, especially in Materials Management (MM)
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to gather user requirements and identify potential solutions.
• Strong ability to collaborate closely with multiple functional and business teams in developing agreed, controlled yet flexible business process.
• Strong ability to interact both in written and verbal forms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and technically challenging environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
