The Project Manager (Business Transformation) will coordinate strategic, transformation or post-merger integration projects for the Group. Projects may involve multiple functions and geographies, and include those of significant magnitude and importance to the execution of corporate business strategies and achievement of company objectives. Responsibilities Lead and manage programs/projects end-to-end that interfaces with multiple geographical and functional leads including Commercial, Technology, Branding, Communications, HR, Finance, Legal, Culture, etc. Work with function stakeholders to lead and drive projects that enable business improvement and transformation Creates and executes program/project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimises our exposure and risk on project. Keeps Sponsors, Stakeholders and Sub-Teams well informed of changes within the organisation and general corporate news. Effectively communicates relevant project information to senior management. Delivers engaging, informative, well-organised presentations. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully Required Skills Project/program management experience in consulting firms or leading corporations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of general business processes and organisational framework, such as goals, strategy, culture and structure.
