Job Description

Working Location: Islandwide

Working hours: 5 days shift work (60 hours/week including 1 hour meal time)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Manager in Training (MIT), you will assist your Assistant / Unit Restaurant Manager and will be trained in the full suite of restaurant operations, including target setting, budget planning, driving marketing campaigns, managing stock control, quality assurance, people management and excellent customer service delivery.

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 A Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec in Hospitality, Food and Beverage

\xc2\xb7 At least 1 year relevant working experience in F&B or qualification in F&B, Retail, Hospitality or Culinary

\xc2\xb7 High energy and a strong passion for delighting customers

\xc2\xb7 Drive and resourcefulness to deliver results

\xc2\xb7 Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

\xc2\xb7 Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (5-day work week)

\xc2\xb7 Also open to candidates from F&B, Hotel, Retail or service industry

\xc2\xb7 Positive attitude and a team player
