Job Description

We are searching for a Business Analyst Lead! You will be part of the Information Technology team and will be leading the team of IT Business Analysts to deliver projects related to Scoot's Operations. You will work closely with the business users to deliver IT solutions in Scoot.





Business Analysis


Elicit and document business requirement Participate in process review and suggests solutions for automation and transformation Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders Identify and recommend new systems and enhancements Design solution behaviour and processes Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications Propose and define the functional requirements



Project Management


Work with multiple cross-department stakeholders to manage and deliver solutions of company projects, including the conducting of steering committee meetings, defining of project roles and responsibilities, tracking issues as well as managing project timelines and budget Work closely with Technical Analyst and Developers to develop a technical solution Collaborate with Scoot Developers or third-party partners deliver solutions Prepare project documentation and manage the delivery of solution Facilitate user acceptance tests, user training, pre- and post-implementation activities Provide regular progress and status updates to project stakeholders Measure and report Return of Investment (ROI)



Requirements


8-10 years business analysis and software delivery experience * Experience in web and mobile application and complex enterprise systems
