Job Description

What the role is:

You manage all infrastructures and facilities related matters. On this, you are involved in the raising, funding, coordinating, supervising, inspecting and accepting of maintenance works.

What you will be working on:

You ensure all works are carried out in accordance with requirements, contracts and industry standards, with an emphasis on safety compliance. In addition, you provide technical advice for building maintenance to uphold the units\' infrastructures and facilities.

What we are looking for:

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Building and Project, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline in Construction of Facilities Management. Having relevant working experience on construction facilities, logistics or operations management is advantageous. Possession of problem solving and good communication skills to resolve day-to-day maintenance challenges with various agencies is essential. You should be analytical, meticulous and resourceful. You must be able to work independently, have a sense of urgency and be able to handle multiple work demands concurrently. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
