MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT)’s goal is to shape the future of healthcare in Singapore by developing and experimenting with game-changing, systems-level innovations in healthcare delivery and the promotion of good health.
Integrated General Hospital (IGH) programme is one of MOHT’s core set of programmes. For IGH, MOHT will partner MOH, clusters and institutions in developing hospital-related care services that provide holistic and integrated care for patients. The Care Solutions Team within the IGH Programme seeks to address care redesign issues to improve care integration, care transitions, care efficiency through evidence-based conversations, technology adoption, stakeholder management towards value-driven hospital and transitional healthcare.
The position will support the MOH-commissioned Regulatory and Financing Sandbox for Mobile Inpatient Care at Home (MIC@Home). MOH has commissioned MOHT to administer the sandbox, and the sandbox will study (1) feasibility of this care model in transforming the future inpatient care landscape in Singapore, along with (2) financing redesign questions around incentives and policy levers needed for sustained mainstream implementation.
As a Sandbox Manager, you will work in an innovative and networked stakeholder environment, and will need to take initiative to assist in the Sandbox’s future use case development, as well as operationalisation and evaluation of pilots and solutions.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
1) Project initiation and stakeholder engagement/management (~60%)
