As a Facility Manager, you\'ll be the master of all things maintenance, implementing cutting-edge strategies that enable preventive maintenance of our facilities and sustainability of the environment.

How does the role look like?

• Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of our facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, security, grounds maintenance and repairs
• Manage facilities and office space to ensure government regulations, environmental, health and security standards are met
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of maintenance personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Create and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure longevity of our facilities
• Manage and direct all central purchasing including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and stationery etc
• Manage both regional and Singapore entity budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Provide consultation to management on energy efficiency and process optimization based on data-driven analysis

What are we looking for?

• Degree / Diploma in any related/relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years\' relevant experience including Business Continuity Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good leadership capability and organizational management skills
• Highly motivated, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
