We are actively seeking a driven Human Resources Manager \xe2\x80\x93 APAC to join our growing team based in Singapore. In this newly created role, you will perform a wide variety of duties for the regional leadership team and extensively collaborate functions to act as a regional lead. You will report directly to the Managing Director, , recently appointed with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, data center, renewable energy, and manufacturing sectors. Through his visionary approach and business-oriented mindset, he has consistently driven exceptional results and we want you to be a part of this new and exciting growth journey in Singapore.

We will rely heavily on HR Manager to focus on developing partnerships with key business stakeholders in order to formulate business planning, human resources, and operation-based strategies. This position will consistently play a pivotal role that will determine the success of the Singapore region.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 15+ years of general business/administrative experience, preferably in a Project or Pharmaceutical setting.
• 3+ years of management responsibility including supervisory and office management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and knowledge of working across a multitude of cultures, to achieve successful team relationships and outcomes.
• Superior business acumen, technical knowledge of multiple business units, and extensive knowledge of applications and technologies.
• Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe/Acrobat.

Preferred Qualifications

• An Associate\'s Degree in Business or equivalent.
