Review and advise on interior design concepts for hotel developments.
Provide input on material selections, finishes, and layout options to align with operational requirements.
Assess and comment on design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and visualizations, prepared by consultants.
Participate in coordination meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, and hotel operators, offering advisory input.
Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent is maintained and raise issues requiring attention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 8 years' experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to hotel or hospitality projects.
Knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, construction methods, and hotel-specific materials/fixtures.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to provide practical recommendations.
