Job Description


We are seeking a passionate marketing and communications professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of a global aviation brand. As part of our marketing team, you will engage in diverse projects, including international and travel marketing, aimed at building advocacy, boosting awareness of Changi Airport\'s attractions and retail offerings, and influencing travel behaviour.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement culturally relevant integrated communication initiatives to drive brand awareness and consideration in selected geographical markets.
  • Identify opportunities and develop innovative and targeted communications to influence travel behaviour among our target audiences.
  • Engage internal stakeholders and external partners to drive alignment and collaboration in formulating go-to-market marketing strategies and activities.
  • Manage regional agency partners to constantly improve the creative development and media planning/optimisation process.
  • Provide analytical and strategic assessments to enhance overall marketing effectiveness by regularly reviewing and optimising campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
  • Develop and execute plans that drive the selection and assessment of influencers to meet marketing objectives.
  • Plan budgets for marketing activities with clear deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Good degree with at least 6 years of relevant integrated marketing experience.
  • An independent, driven, resourceful, and creative team player who can multi-task and build relationships at all levels to achieve successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Interest and experience in end-to-end, ROI-driven marketing programs.
  • Experience in influencer management and social media marketing.
  • Consistently updated on media trends, consumer behaviour, and technological advancements affecting the marketing landscape.
  • Adaptable to evolving media consumption patterns and business environments relevant to the industry, and capable of adjusting strategies and campaigns accordingly.
  • A highly motivated individual, willing to innovate, learn and optimise for best outcomes and comfortable with matrix reporting.
  • Experience in regional/ destination marketing would be an advantage.
