The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.Main duties and responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Develop a robust Go-to-Market strategy, build top-of-mind awareness of MWR products, identify business opportunities, and build a sound strategy to increase revenue and visitor ship to MWG parks.\xc2\xb7 Primary focus to develop MICE sales opportunities in the international segments, build a robust sales pipeline and manage assigned account base (from corporates, travel intermediaries and event organisers) to generate revenue and maximise performance both for the short and long term.\xc2\xb7 Initiate and negotiate sales and marketing collaboration with travel partners and non-travel trade partners to achieve organisational goals from the assigned international market.\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with local and overseas partners.\xc2\xb7 Develop and grow strong relationships with clients to achieve optimal satisfaction, engagement, and long-term commercial sustainability.\xc2\xb7 Prepare market insight and analysis reports on a regular basis\xc2\xb7 Any other assigned dutiesRequirements:\xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.\xc2\xb7 At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Tourism/ International Market / Hospitality industry.\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially the ability to develop and deliver inspiring presentations.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of and experience with MICE, travel trade, international market dynamics and requirements.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding and networks within the tourism industry.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with an entrepreneurial approach.\xc2\xb7 Strategic thinker with strong execution ability.\xc2\xb7 Dynamic and energetic self-starter with tenacity and drive to lead and execute assigned projects.\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English\xc2\xb7 Flexibility to travel, and work on weekend when required.Specialization : Sales and Experience Development
