They are looking to beef up their investment & asset management resources as they are continuously growing their portfolio globally. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in lodging asset class, monitoring and analyzing investment performance of the fund and its respective investments, including appropriate returns benchmarking. You will also be involved in regular reporting to investment committee, internal and external stakeholders. You will be maintaining good fund governance by complying with internal governance guidelines and external regulatory requirements. You will be contributing to the company's investment management strategy through research and market intelligence, including keeping current on the competitive and regulatory landscape and best practice. Requirements You are degree qualified with a Real Estate, Business, or Finance degree from a reputable university with a CFA qualification (preferred) and have about 4-5 years' experience with proven track record of sourcing and executing investment deals. You have strong interpersonal skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
