Job Description

Our client is a Global Real Estate Investor and Developer with a diversified portfolio across various markets with both private and public mandates.

The investor relations team is expanding, and they are now looking to hire an Investor Relations Manager to be part of the team. You will help maintain a strong relationship with the company's investors as well as all other stakeholders in the financial sector. This individual will have knowledge across finance, communications and marketing and help manage the information flow between the company and its investors.

Responsibilities

• Creation of investor relations materials such as press releases, announcements, presentations, website content and speeches.
• Plan and execute investors and analysts events such as AGMs/EGMs, investor roadshows, conferences and property visits.
• Direct communication with the company's investors and stakeholders is expected.
• Conceptualize, plan and produce annual reports, circulars, reports and investor marketing materials.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updates of company website.
• Conduct research, analysis and benchmarking of REITs and the real estate industry.
• Prepare quarterly and other periodic investor relations analysis and updates to the Board and Management and regulatory reporting materials.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant listing regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Mass Communications or Journalism, Finance and possess at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a proactive and positive attitude, resourceful, analytical, meticulous and be able to to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with ability to break down complex information into clear coherent messages.
• Possess excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of real estate/finance/accounting including Bloomberg will be an added advantage
• Candidates who have passed CMFAS Module 10 will have an added advantage for this role.
