Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with internal business units, the primary focus of this position is to drive investor communications and corporate communication.
- Review, manage investors and media communication activities including crafting of messaging and corporate announcements, to maintain company\'s market reputation
- Organize investors meetings and briefings including bi-annual earnings call, post-results investor meetings, site visits and Annual General Meeting
- Conduct market research and provide investor feedback to the Company\'s management.
- Track and review ESG ratings with Bloomberg and major ESG rating agencies to further enhance the Company\'s corporate image and reputation.
- Review, maintain and upkeep corporate collaterals such as company brochures and website, annual reports, as well as presentation materials and speeches
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience with investor relations with listed companies or banking, private equity, funds, corporate finance and/or equity research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships and team work both internally and with external stakeholders
