Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, implementation of IP network infrastructure to fulfil the business growth demand.
• Development and enhancement of network design, planning and execution milestones for IP network.
• Lifecycle management of IP network equipment and Servers.
• Develop and conduct testing for new products and technologies.
• Work with Operations team to schedule change management activities for Change Requests.
• IP network capacity management and plan capacity expansion once the bandwidth utilization exceeded the planning threshold.
• Participate and prepare tender specifications, and evaluate vendor proposed equipment and solution.
• Prepare the annual operating plan CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Provide advice, technical consultancy, and proposed network design to other teams such as Customer Solution, Account Manager, Product Manager on the responses to customer bids, customized solutions, etc.
• Conduct training/briefing to Business, Global Service Provisioning and Operations for new services/features/solution.
• Provide technical support to Operations team on escalated faults.

• Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years of working experience.
• At least 3 years of working experience with IP network.
• Experience in Network skills and Internet knowledge (eg, CCNA, CCNP).
• To have good working knowledge of networking technologies, such as MPLS-TP.
• Understanding of corporate financial planning, procurement governance and annual planning cycles.
• Monitor end to end utilization and prepare performance report.
• Possess good leadership, effective project management and negotiation skills.
• Good inter-personal, organizational, problem solving and teamwork skills.
