Are you ready to take on a challenging role that will allow you to showcase your expertise in procurement and drive impactful strategies in the IT industry? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Procurement Manager to join our dynamic IT Procurement team and play a pivotal role in shaping our IT category strategies.

Led by our Procurement As A Lead (PAAL) principles, the Singtel Group Procurement team is committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations. As an IT Procurement Manager, you will have the opportunity to guide business users on procurement policy and practices, ensuring governance throughout the procurement cycle. Your role will be critical in formulating negotiation strategies and driving contract negotiations while fostering collaboration in various IT purchases.

Make an Impact by

• Developing IT category strategies
• Driving procurement activities in line with PAAL (Procurement As A Lead) principles including but not limited to

• Guiding business users on procurement policy and practices
• Ensuring governance to procurement policy throughout the procurement cycle
• Formulating negotiation strategies and driving contract negotiations Drive Group/Regional collaboration in various IT purchases Run or guide tenders as required;
• Supporting tender supplier participants to enable effective and on-time tender response
• Supporting business stakeholders in driving on-time completion of tender activities
• Pro-actively influencing stakeholders in line with category strategies
• Providing market knowledge, intelligence and expertise while working closely with business stakeholders and suppliers

Skills for Success

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Min 5 years of Procurement Experience, preferably in IT Procurement
• Familiar with MS Office applications, e.g. Teams Planner, MS Project, Powerpoint, Word, Excel (Pivot table, v-lookup, formulas, charts)
• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end source to pay process
• Bonus if have Sharepoint design experience
• Bonus if have experience in managing senior stakeholders (up to Directors)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good writing/documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Creative and hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically, excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, proactivity, productivity, valuable contribution to a team, personal learning, evidence of outperforming peers and exceptional drive and commitment
