What the role is:You provide dedicated focus to transform and advance the IT service delivery landscape in MINDEF/SAF.What you will be working on:You also deliver projects that provide in-person and virtual assistance to end-users to enhance their experiences related to equipping, troubleshooting of Operations Support Information Technology (OSIT) personal devices and services. You develop the IT services landscape with the Service Delivery Department and Personnel Command to enhance the coherence and synergy between IT and HR services. You manage and execute the Multi-Year Business Plan for IT service delivery. You also manage and work with DSTA Project Management Teams and external vendor project teams to ensure delivery and roll-out of projects within budget and on schedule. Your challenge lies in having good knowledge of the IT industry\'s service delivery standards and best practices and translating business requirements into technical performance standards.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or related professional qualifications/certifications with at least 3 years\' work experience in a project management role, delivering technology products/services. Possession of strong leadership and communication skills, organisation acumen, ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
