What the role is:This position will support scheme implementation which includes reviewing end-to-end processes, monitoring process indicators, managing public communication and stakeholder management.What you will be working on:Application Processing and Decision MakingProcess scheme applications, appeals and exceptional casesPropose recommendations for appeal cases and seek management\'s approvalPerform checks on points accumulated through active job search conditionsVerification and Due DiligenceVerify supporting documentsConduct checks with external parties, including calling employers,contacting medical institutions, cross-checking with CPF Board and MSF on financial situationsFinancial ManagementPerform grant disbursementsTrack actual employment status via CPF contribution post-disbursementStakeholder EngagementSupport engagement with physical touchpoints, such as MSF SSOs,e2i career centres, Service SG centresWork with stakeholders to address queries and feedbackProcess ImprovementIdentify and recommend solutions to enhance WSG\'s existing processes for improved efficiency and increased data accuracyPerformance MonitoringSupport tracking of process indicatorsWhat we are looking for:Awareness of various government initiatives related to manpower/trainingGood engagement and time management skills with experience in account/ project management and/or operational roleAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholdersGood written and spoken communication skillsTeam player with good inter-personal skillsData analytics skills would be advantageousAble to synthesise information and data for decision making and outcome monitoringAll applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.About Workforce Singapore:Workforce Singapore (WSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
