Bringing colorful joys of life to our guests outside of the hotel setting Shangri-la is leveraging the decades of experience we have in hospitality, Food & Beverage, and family experiences; designed to bring families and friends together, enabling our guests to play, explore and bond together. This iconic new beach playground will be home to several new-to-Singapore attractions. Join our heart-warming family to be part of the pioneering team members to bring this exciting development to life! We are looking for Manager, Karting : As the Manager, Karting, we rely on you to:

• Manages day-to-day operation matters
• Track activities at the attraction
• Manages Karting operations experiences
• To assist in maximising the performance of Karting
• Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in Karting
• Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion and relevant experience in managing Attraction facilities
• Is enthusiastic and customer-oriented
• Self-driven, goal-oriented and able to challenge the status quo
• Loves being creative with an eye for detail
• Enjoys interacting and engaging with guests
• To lead a diverse team of colleagues
• Has great leadership and interpersonal skills
• Has strong electrical, mechanical, race timing and staff scheduling background will be in added advantage
