We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our KBS team as a Manager, Learning Experience/ Operations.

The role involves:

  • Being a learning operations expert providing advice to stakeholders on learning operations matters
  • Oversee and/ or provide learning operations support by setting up and launching learning program as required by learning programme owners/ trainers - include virtual classroom, in-person training, web-based training (e-learning) and other training modalities
  • Understand key requirements of the learning programmes and recommend appropriate implementation plans based on KPMG L&D policies and processes and regulatory/ compliance requirements e.g. mandatory training, Continuous Professional Education (CPE) requirements
  • Manage Learning Experience team and work with learning programme owners/ trainers to ensure successful delivery of learning programmes to provide positive online or offline learning experience
  • Utilise the Learning Management System to manage all learning activities and learning completion data
  • Provide troubleshooting support by performing operational review, identifying operations related issues and solutions and take actions for continuous improvement aiming for operational excellence
  • Able to manage end-to-end operations for training/ professional certifications - from sponsorship arrangement to completion
  • Manage financials of learning operations to ensure that they are within budget, that approvals are obtained, and invoices are handled
  • Help to ensure employee learning compliance to Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements by providing relevant data and reports to Analytics & Reporting team
  • Drive quality of programmes by managing collection of feedback and analysis of results
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Around 8-10 years of managing training operations in a professional services firm or highly regulated industry such as Financial Services or Insurance
  • Experience in using Learning Management System (SAP/ SuccessFactors) and Kaltura platform
  • Understanding of ACRA/ ISCA training requirements is an added advantage
  • Continuous improvement mindset, strong interest for operational excellence, process improvement aptitude and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Self-driven attitude with a high level of autonomy and able to manage a Learning Operations team
