Job Description

Job PurposeTo be responsible for all the lease documentation of the commercial activities managed by Stellar Lifestyle.Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in lease management/administration
• Deep understanding of commercial lease documentation and processes
• Manage the leases and information in real estate specific management system to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Ensure compliance to policy and all work instructions
• Oversee arrears management through close monitoring of payments
• Experience in managing and implementation of Point of Sales System and the collection of variable rent
• Manage enforcement of Landlord's rights under tenancy agreements where necessary, including liaison with internal and external legal counsel
• Conduct process-reviews, to streamline processes to achieve high efficiency in work processes.
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly report and analysis for lease related activities

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in Real Estate/Building or related qualifications preferred
• Min 8 years of experience in retail property leasing/marketing preferred
• Experience in handling lease management matters in a supervisory capacity preferred
• Prior knowledge in local planning regulations and land laws would be an advantage

• Positive, professional approach with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service
• Resourceful, self-driven and able to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Meticulous with strong analytical ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
