Job Description
The Palawan @ Sentosa We are looking for Manager, Lifeguard to join our team! As the Manager, Lifeguard, we rely on you to:
- Manages Lifeguard operations experiences
- To assist in maximising the performance of Lifeguard facility
- Provide a pleasant, safe and fun experience for all guests
- Set and maintain service standards
- Ensuring maximum protection is given to the guest
- Handle all incidents in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
- Has a passion for sports and recreation
- Is enthusiastic and customer-oriented
- Display initiative
- Leads by example
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
- Possess a minimum of Bronze Medallion Certificate
- Willing to work shifts
