Job Description

What the role is:To fulfil the objectives of M3 by ensuring volunteers and beneficiaries are well-connected, and to strengthen policies from five M3 focus areas through active on-the-ground interaction using strategies supported by data. The incumbent should also focus on strategies for volunteer recruitment and retention.Duties & Responsibilities

• Drives volunteer recruitment strategies through multiple channels (social media, video productions etc.)
• Coordinates communications with volunteers to ensure meaningful engagement and solicit feedback to improve workstreams and processes.
• Implements the training roadmap together with Head (M3 Engagement) and AD (M3 Policy & Planning) and work with external stakeholders to provide opportunities for volunteer capability building.
• Organises regular platforms for volunteer recognition and appreciation, and engagement programmes.
• Manages M3@Towns volunteers by working closely with stakeholders to support M3 deliverables and ensure targets are met.

• Minimu Significant extracurricular involvement and/or leadership and organising community programmes/projects
• Desire: Experience working with volunteers, Grassroots Organisations, M\xc2\xb3 agencies, Malay/Muslim Organisations, social service sector
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys working with volunteers and people.
• Able to work on weekday nights and weekends to attend house visits, meetings, programmes and other work-related duties and responsibilities.
• Able to work independently and as a team member.
• Self-motivated and goal-getter.
• Creative and forward-thinking.
