Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, coordinating and managing of all maintenance activities for all sites to ensure its operational availability
• Plan and manage manpower needs
• Develop maintenance standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensure implementation
• Analyse failures trends and implement corrective actions
• Manage and Monitor equipment inventory
• Monitor expenses and control the budget
• Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders
• Conduct regular performance review with customers
• Ensure proper record of all documentation are kept
• Reviews procedures to modify maintenance procedures for better optimization of resources
• Train, manage and develop staff under his charge
• Ensure compliance on health and safety policies

Skills & Experience

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Good analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• ITIL certification preferred
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in security CCTV/ surveillance system or related field will have advantag
