What the role is:You manage manpower operations in the unit. You work with stakeholders to monitor and report the manpower readiness for operational units and ensure the timely reviewing of unit\'s manpower operational doctrines.What you will be working on:You also oversee the manpower support for operations and consequence management in the event of injury sustained. You will be able to attain knowledge in manpower operations and hone your skills in effective communications and operational manpower planning.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in the field of Human Resource. You should be able to think and work independently and meticulous to details for operational planning. You should have good interpersonal, writing and communication skills. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Candidates with no experience may apply.)
