Plan and execute creative, effective through-the-funnel digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media and email marketing for lead generation
Enhance performance marketing by leveraging AI and data analytics to drive more targeted reach and higher conversion
Develop content strategy and articles (social media posts, long-form articles, thought-leadership content) for brand awareness and consideration
Drive the launch of new industrial properties, working closely with management and internal stakeholders to develop product branding, naming, positioning, press release and corporate/marketing events
Work closely with Leasing and internal departments to develop product USPs and messaging for digital ads, articles, eDMs, pitch decks, videos and brochures
Produce engaging in-house marketing assets (eg. eDMs, marketing presentations, social media graphics and videos)
Develop and manage new property websites / campaign landing pages of existing properties on AEM
Track, analyse and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against targets and marketing investments (including analysing key sources of leads) for regular reporting to management and internal stakeholders
Conduct research on property market trends, brand\xe2\x80\x99s audiences and competitors and align with marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversion
Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies and propose new initiatives for effective online advertising (not limited to Google, Facebook & LinkedIn)
Job requirements
Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience with strong marketing background
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Familiar with the spectrum of marketing communications activities with an eye for design
Creative, dynamic and resourceful with relevant network and contacts
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Candidates with basic knowledge in photo/video editing and Adobe Experience Manager will have added advantage
Fast, meticulous, able to multi-task and work under pressure with strong organizational skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and across teams
